What this site is
Everything here is information about what we build and what it costs. Nothing on this page, or any page on this site, is itself a contract. Actual work is done under a written engagement letter that spells out scope, price, and term. If a page and an engagement letter ever disagree, the engagement letter wins.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a number of leads, a revenue figure, a search ranking, a review count, or a close rate. Nobody can honestly promise those, and we won't pretend otherwise. The one guarantee we do make is a delivery guarantee: if your front office isn't live within 30 days of kickoff, the build fee comes back. That's a refund promise about our work getting done, not a promise about what the phone does afterward.
The video agent
Ashley is an AI assistant. She is not an employee, she cannot agree to a price, and nothing she says creates a contract. Any commitment discussed on a call with her is subject to the written engagement letter, the same as everything else on this site.
Third-party platforms
What we build depends on services we don't own or control: phone carriers, calendar providers, text platforms. Outages happen on their end sometimes, not ours. Every automated piece we build has a documented manual fallback for exactly that reason.
Pricing
The prices published on this site apply to standard engagements and can change. A price we've quoted you directly is the one that holds, and it's written into your proposal.
Your content and data
Your phone numbers, your calendar, your contact list, your data, all of it stays yours. If you ever leave, it leaves with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
